Johan has led a large number of successful consulting projects across the past few years and he founded and led another advisory firm for before starting Enter in 2023.Originally from Sweden, he is now based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Malin Olsson Volder
Partner & Advisor
Malin brings an incredible wealth of experience across EV charging over the past 10 years, having worked for industry leaders like Pod Point in the UK, for Dutch EVBox based out of Norway, and more recently for Everty here in Australia.Malin was born and raised in Norway, and aims to spend part of the year in Norway - which is excellent for our European clients, allowing us to collaborate even closer together.
Rob Speirs

Rob is passionate about contributing to projects that address decarbonisation and supporting the ‘electrification of everything’. With over 30 years of experience in management and governance, spanning various industries, he possess a strong foundation to assist organisations to enter the NZ market.Before joining forces with Enter in 2024, was the Head of Flexibility for NZ-based EV charge point manufacturer Evnex. Rob is based in Auckland.
David Le Breton

David Le Breton brings significant experience across the mobility sector, most recently as the Head of New Mobility at Transdev Australasia with responsibility for Demand Responsive Transport, Autonomous Vehicles, EaaS & MaaS.David has held numerous general management and board roles and founded the pioneering solar charging company Advansolar Mobility in France in 2010.As the name suggests, David heralds from Brittany.
